MONTH OF COORDINATION
You planned your entire wedding, now it's time to focus on you as a couple. Let me take care of the rest!
A Month-of Coordinator is always a great choice to take the stress off of you and your loved ones on the big day. Let's be honest: Work is the last thing you, your wedding party, or your family want to do on the most significant day of your life.
Event Studio K requires at least four weeks before your wedding day to be able to take over coordinating the day-of details. We need to leave enough time for you to make us the key point of contact with your Venue and vendors.
To successfully hand over the event to our team, we will meet with you to discuss your vision for your wedding day and review the plans you have put in place so far. Our team will ensure that we capture the details you have chosen.
When it’s “go time,” we work in the background to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
We’re also going to ensure that anything that comes up is dealt with swiftly and without your stressing over or even realizing it.

When you reach out to us and fill out our inquiry form, Karla will personally respond to your inquiry, analyze your challenges, and schedule a consultation—either regular or video, whichever you prefer. After the consultation, Karla will work on your proposal and send it to you for review. At this point, the only question is when we should start.
