All our wedding services are "à la carte" events since our goal is to help you decide what works best for you best on your vision and needs. We want to curate an exclusive event for you and your favorite people so you all have an experience like you have never had.

From our first call on, we will walk along with you to assist with every step of this beautiful journey to make it one to enjoy and remember. Think of us as your personal assistant, someone who has your back and will guide you in your unforgettable adventure.

Pre-Wedding

Communication and Coordination:

  • Unlimited text and email communication.

  • Up to three scheduled calls.

  • Vendor recommendations and contract reviews.

  • Help with design and floor plan

  • Verify details and settle balances five weeks prior.

  • Prepare a timeline and checklist.

  • Provide planning software.

Site Visits and Rehearsal:

  • One venue walk-through.

  • One-hour rehearsal.

Wedding Day

On-Site Coordination:

  • One planner and one assistant on-site for up to 10 hours.

  • Direct the ceremony processional.

  • Coordinate venue setup.

Setup and Assistance:

  • Set up wedding accessories.

  • Assist with flowers and boutonnieres.

  • Act as the point of contact for vendors.

  • Assist family, wedding party, and guests.
